We have carefully tested every used item in our store, and guarantee each item is in great condition and guarantee each item to work 100%. We test every item we sell twice; first when it enters our inventory and second before we ship the item to the customer.
If you receive an item that is in a condition not as described, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short description of the problem. We must be contacted within 30 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. All products must receive authorization to return prior to being returned.
Be certain to verify that all items you decide purchase are compatible with your laptop prior to making your purchase. Items that are purchased by mistake may also be returned, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling is non-refundable if a refund is requested. For items purchased by mistake, the 25% restocking fee may be waived if Buyer chooses to accept store credit.
All returns must be received within 10 business days of receiving return authorization, and must include a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization RMA Form. Return packages will be refused if received outside of 10 business days from receiving authorization, or if a properly completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form is not included in the package. You must also put the RMA number either on the box or on the return label. The RMA form can be found here:
All Replacements, Refunds, and Store Credit are granted once the product has been returned in its original condition, and will be denied if the product has been altered from its original condition. Please see the shipping policy for instructions on how to return an item.
