We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all items deemed used or new. This warranty is provided through us, IT Surplus Liquidators, saving our customers the inconvenience of trying to contact the manufacturer directly (in some cases the warranty may be handled directly through the manufacturer).
If an item is not as described; i.e. mechanical damage, incorrect or misleading picture, or incorrect model or part number, the buyer must follow the steps as described in the return policy. Once we receive the item, the buyer will receive a full refund not including any shipping costs or customs fees (for international buyers). The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Should we receive a product that has incurred obvious physical damaged, the warranty for that product will be void and any attempt to return the product will not be accepted. Please package all items carefully. It is strongly recommended to insure packages through a reputable courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information. IT Surplus Liquidators shall not be held accountable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
AS-IS items are not eligible for any warranty and will not be covered under any circumstances. Please verify the item’s condition, which is listed clearly on the product page, and read all policies and conditions before making any purchases.
